Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to pack and sell all orders (standard, express and international) within 3 working days, most in stock products will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment for your order. Please note that the shipping method you select is in addition to the number of days it takes to fulfil your order.

Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped by AusPost mail or by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order has been dropped off, it is out of our hands. State of Golde is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please reach out to the courier service if your order is delayed or not received.

International Shipping

Before placing an international order, please check your local costs/regulations for packages arriving from overseas. Customs and clearance fees can be charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and should be visible at checkout. State of Golde is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you might incur. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. 

If you reject the shipment, the order will be returned to us, and all fees/surcharges related to the return shipment will be deducted from your order total (less taxes and original shipping costs).
